Also it is a fact that many UAE businesses have done exceedingly well thanks to modern management principles and practices. UAE 2015 Development goals are essentially centered at targets for human development, gender equality, health improvement, new infrastructure in order to have significant improvement in the lives of people in the country by 2015. This is practically not possible without proper coordination between the local government organizations. Government organizations must coordinate and cooperate in terms of managing change, governance tactics, strategic plans, challenges, etc. Local government organizations should target the development of their Emirate towards the cause of national development.
